Fai Filtri MPV Series minimum pressure valves are designed for direct installation downstream of the air/oil separator to maintain the oil-tank backpressure required for safe screw lubrication at start-up and to seal the circuit on shutdown. A spring calibration of 4.5 bar governs opening/closing behavior for stable compressor operation, while flow-rate options span 1 to 40 m³/min across five size ranges. Robust construction features an anodized aluminum body, Viton® seals, treated internal components for corrosion resistance and self-lubrication, and harmonic stainless-steel springs. Connection choices include GAS threaded, PN16 DN flanged, and SAE 3000 flanged versions to suit a wide range of system architectures. The result is consistent air delivery, reduced wear, and simplified integration immediately after the separator.
